What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is very competitive.

Good salary altough other benefits average. For exampke no more bootcamps for new joiners, limited offices perks, no dental private insurance in emea

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think, compared to others with the same experience, are being paid more at other companies. Stock options are nice but higher salaries would be better due to the state of the stock.

Nice people in general, and good experience, humble. But limited urgency in some or asking or pushing for requests outside my scope. Processes and sales ops data disorganised or non existent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture on paper and in action are different. On paper things are extremely positive. But in action, the most positive thing about the culture and environment is the ability to work remote.

Multiple employees are part of interviewing candidates. If any employee has a strong negative interview, the candidate does not proceed forward.
