They're a diverse group with many different perspectives. I feel like if youre able to identify with an exec and their valies then your voice is inevitibly "heard".
What did you like most about the interview process?
Conversational. It depends on your interviwerer though. The questions on the interview guide can be dry and lack the ability to let their personality shine through and to get to know them.
