Genuine, friendly, caring and helpful associates. Open minded, inclusive and emotionally supportive when im experiencing symptoms due to my many mental health issues
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were so understanding and willing to work with my mental health issues, and I have never felt so accepted and supported by an employer especially a big corporation
What makes you most happy at work?
Organizing and arranging things to have easier accessibility and organizing the cash wrap and filling any supplies, bags, merchandise cards, credit brochures. I take pride in my extreme attention to details
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard to organize products, store supplies, and trying to get you most out of the space we have for everything. I keep things nicely together by brand to help with Backstock and make iteasier to find products. I unloaded 2 1/2 pallets of heavy boxes BY MYSELF in less than 2 hours
