The company is woman owned but they hardly care about women at all, they shower the store manager and district managers with free thing and treat everyone who does the real work like trash. They skimp on raises ultimately a terrible work environment

Actually listen to and asset skills instead of using personal relationship to determine pay rate and hire

All of my coworkers felts my same struggle and frustration if it wasnf for them i wouldve quit sooner

Total sweep ceo to store managers. Just because you have experience in management doesnt mean you know how to manage. The pay scale, actual opportunities for growth, health benefits, HR
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, you cannot report to HR because they just report back to who the complaints is about and share who made the complaint making it an even worse environment. Pay the staff appropriately
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was worked the hardest and most at my location over looked for promotions i was recommended for because of favoritism. New seasonal hires were paid more than i was and ive worked there for 3 years
