You are very underpaid and overworked at ulta beauty. I would love my job and could put up with the culture of working there if I was conpensated a living wage.

It was fairly simple to interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the products we sell and the customers we help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My store managers were lovely. They were helpful in training and very understanding.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't even know the culture is so deeply intertwined at this point I wouldn't even know how to fix it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are amazing but others love to throw anyone under the bus for brownie points with the GEM even if the accusations are not true.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued. Seeing the direct fruit of my labor would make me feel better and woukd make me want to achieve more as an employee
