No one who works here knows the product- general manager constantly googles and reads the description off her phone to customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need managers that actually know what product theyre selling and how to speak with people properly. Maybe hire someone who also takes the pandemic more seriously and wears a mask correct.
