My experience at ulta beauty was absolute chaos. I started as seasonal and they ended up onboarding me and i was a full time associate. They never had me sign any documents, didnt give me the right pay still havent given me my money, and i did the training by myself with no one around to help.

The associates are very kind and welcoming! Everone was very helpful when the managers werent.

It was very easy no hard questions and was completely easy to talk to them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One manager is very kind i liked her help and my coworkers were always very understanding
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to comunicate better with both associates and managers. And stop changing the schedule so often
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be some training done to the managers and maybey even a new one the people there do not know what they are doing and are only doing bare minimum
