I love my team and am proud to work for a women empowering company. Thats why its so hard to see this place go down the tubes. Carla and Jaquie are ruining this location.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no communication between the store and the salon. Its extremely frustrating. It seems as tho the "general manager" is never around. She micro-manages whilst sitting on her phone in the office. Ive never seen her engage guests, she always hands them off. Her bestie is our dm. Not cool.
