I feel that those who put in less hours also need healthcare

Working with customers who need help as they are definately nicer than dealing with the GM

There are a few who really enjoy working together bit are seperated and segregated from the team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees. Quit playing favorites. Include all team in games and rewatds not just cash wrap
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be allowed to speak to each other more than a minute or two at a time. We are treated like machines. Only ones who can talk are those at front of house.
