People that I work with on a day-to-day basis I can't really think of anything that I really love but I do I love the leadership at the ulta corp
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The GM needs to be more Intentive with all her staff including her management team and take ownership on mistakes, instead of blaming other people. talking about all the staff to their fellow coworkers
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do I love the position I am a ROM, one day I want my own store that is what's making me stick to this toxic store that I'm currently in
