What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. Easy. Hired within minutes no ID, background etc needed
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I feel as though the general manager should be more understanding and actually try to actively work with her employees instead of having other employees train new employees with no background knowledge or assistance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
DISCRIMINATION. If a no show no call is automatic termintion it should apply to everyone. If a person is covid+ and has a doctors note allow them to present it or bring it in without removing them feon their as heduoe days weeks at a time making if impossible.
