Simple pleasant just easy process.

Care about employees. Have company meetings because there are none!!!

For upper management to have integrity and not sweep problems under the rug!!!

As of today it seems ULTA lacks integrity to care about employees. Just cares about dollars.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best team except for GM and newer manager that she is training to be like her. Otherwise great employees are positive and give great customer service but are unhappy because of being micromanaged by GM. Makes majority of employees miserable.
