What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly pay is decent (could be higher-$18) and it's nice to have some options for benefits and retirement as a PT employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As far as I can tell (im fairly new to Ulta) everyone works well together and I've had good experiences with each of the managers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having great conversations with guests and helping them find something that makes them feel happy, confident, and make them look forward to coming back and seeing us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to work well together, I enjoy conversations with the guests, and we all love sharing our favorite products and checking out all the newness that comes out
