I love my coworkers it's management that needs to communicate better and be more reasonable

Most of my coworkers are pleasant and many customers are pleasant as long as their coupons work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm part-time so i don't get any sick time. I was sick for 2 days in a row and now if I call out again I'm going to get fired.
