Just the co workers looking out for each other and making sure everyone is doing their part for the store

We do like to work together (staff not management) we help each other and try to make sure each other succeeds
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A lot of work for very little pay. Some managers would rather watch you struggle than help you head on. They yell at you for stuff they can personally prevent. And they should start the staff t 15.00/ hr is they want to be like that
