Evenly distribute the tasks that need to get done. Take the time to properly train how to maintain the store. Stop allowing "leads" to act foul with no serious wrong doing as superiours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers and leads to understand they are the ones that responsible for our performance. To not be afraid to inform associates to pick up the pace, to let them know that not only the thing in front of them has to get done, and to simply put things back where the got them.
