I worked there for 1 day shy of 1 year. My first 7 months were great. Then we had a series of fill in managers that failed to lead by example failed to coach and instruct in an effective manor. Rules did not apply to everyone. Favoritism and bias was blatantly evident. Unprofessional discrimitory

That the gm interviewing me had the ability to remain a regular person.

Clear policies with clear consequences. Positive reinforcement. Value employees as much as customers and shoplifters
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management lacks the ability to lead in effective manor. Managers do not promote a work environment that motivates or inspires employees. Nothing is ever good enough and management expects results that they themselves cannot achieve.
