Only one managers actually hears us, most of my co-workers try.

They give the laziest people a role they dont deserve and managers have favorites.

Co-workers are mostly rude when you try and help them with items they arent familiar with.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is actually happy and have great attitude (leave other problems at home dont bring them to work).
