I love my job, however I am getting minimum wage and have been working there for about 7 months.. One downfall I hear associates say is that there isn't much of a ladder too ladder to get raises oraises or even promotions.. This could just be my store but they normally hire managers elsewhere.

They are pretty good at setting goals for individual employees instead of and altogether goal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I contribute a lot to the credit card sales. Many people think this is on commission but unfortunately it is not. And it doesn't seem pay is a factor to your contribution in this department.
