What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sometimes the vendors leave snacks in the breakroom.

It was the most average interview. Nothing stood out

Almost every employee outside the managment team has always been very sweet
What makes you most happy at work?
When i have book so i can avoid my GM and AGM and prestige/salon manager
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need at least 1-3 more managers to accomodate the size of larger store and larger teams. Combining salon manager and prestige manager was the biggest mistake they could make for both those departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a stylist, my hourly wage should have been treated the same as any other hourly employee, but it wasnt and i was never offered a raise for my hourly rate the entire 5.5 years i worker there. And a sliding scale for commision is just a way for the company to save its own ass during the slow season
