Need at least 1-3 more managers to accomodate the size of larger store and larger teams. Combining salon manager and prestige manager was the biggest mistake they could make for both those departments.
As a stylist, my hourly wage should have been treated the same as any other hourly employee, but it wasnt and i was never offered a raise for my hourly rate the entire 5.5 years i worker there. And a sliding scale for commision is just a way for the company to save its own ass during the slow season
