For the most part everyone really wants to be here and to succeed. People usually have a really good customer orientation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know that many people say they are afraid of speaking up if they have ideas, but I have not experienced this for a very long time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work at the corporate office and they are very accessible. A few times I have reached out to them for project support of for classroom interviews and they have usually been graceful about accepting or declining as they are able.
