It is very mismanaged at my level. We have no suport from our manager in maintaining a safety and efficient operation. We struggle to make our everyday operation as smooth as possible. We need more equipment to better do our job. Overall United has been a good company. We've seen the highs and lows.

My co worker are easy to deal with.

When i got hired all they needed was workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is good but prices keep rising faster than our pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers make the job somewhat enjoyable. I wish management would focus on our day to day operational needs.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we can do our jobs safely and have our customers on there way wherever they might be going on time and efficiently.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to practice what they preach. The core 4 values are talked about a lot but the company doesn't follow through. They need to show is that they are serious about the new culture. Morale is very low amoung our piers.
