Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A high percentage of bonus is paid in RSU. The UAL stock performance is net 0 over the last 10+ years. Pay is lower than normal in the Chicago downtown market
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Extremely slow process. Sitting on the interviewer side of the table, I see many unqualified applicants presented by HR. Yet I am aware of highly qualified applicants who don't make it to the interview phase
