Sleazy, inexperienced management with new hires off the street who have no aviation background. Poor employee morale and higher risk of burnout. Training, standard operating procedures and communication is inconsistent within management and training.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Emphasis on conducting yourself proffesionally in the work place and resolving issues on the spot without having to go to HR,
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication skills, elimminating non essential roles in management, build a sense of transperancy, trust and rapport with employees. Hire based off of relevant skills and experience, imstead of purely nepotism and discrimmination factors.
