Pay is significantly lower than other airlines despite being in high cost Chicago. sUA employees paid much higher than sCO.
Extremely hostile and negative work environment. Incompetent leaders throughout company. Need to gut leadership from top to bottom; need to stop treating unions better than management.
300 characters aren’t enough. Need to get competent leaders and hire the best people for the job, not hiring to check boxes of women and minorities while the best people are passed over.
Need to gut management from top on down. Get rid of all the friendships and politics. Still ‘us vs. them’ mentality for directors and above; still strong divides between sCO and sUA employees.
