What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare is good but like everything else it keeps going up and we only get one percent pay raise every year and it keeps getting harder to keep up with inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We keep growing which is good. We could be making more profits if we had more effective management that would look at our needs and help us help all to excel.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating its employees with dignity and respect. Being honest and upfront is very Important for the team to build trust. Treat everyone like you like to be treated. Sometimes all we get is the usual lip service. They promoted core 4 but never live up to it.
