It's a mixed bag - some have good and bad qualities all packaged in one. Take one take it all.
Having flight benefits, however the inconsistency with how agents process, and special allowances to flight crew in their contract makes it hard to swallow when you have put in all your years but don't earn the priority you would otherwise have.
Company would make work only what they want, if it doesn't effect important people, nothing will get fixed, and the rest will just suffer with bad technology/product. There is a fair share of obvious discrimination in multiple aspects; always with unsubstantiated excuses. Pitiful.
The focus on making front line employees happy creates imbalanced representation of employee satisfaction. Don't rest on your laurels thinking that if union employees are happy that the rest of your workforce is being taken care of. It's far from the truth; discontentment abounds. CEO is superficial
Less superficial from top level; stop introducing bogus concepts that only end up being jokes to most level of employees; be realistic. Unfortunately there is no class left for being known as a global carrier since the merger as CO came in with none and proceeded to drag the rest down.
