How employees describe working at UnitedHealth Group

This a great place to work.

Great job working as a team

Review from Marketing Dept

Great place to learn and Grow!

The company totes that doctors run the company, but not true. Administrators have no idea what is going on beneath them, and do not even consider the advice or concerns of individual departments. They make broad rules, with no compassion for their employees or patients. Horrible benefits as well

like any other company in the us

  • That the company would change negatively, no longer caring about the employees and only the bottom dollar. Numbers are more important that Quality. This wasn't the case years ago. Quality was always #1. Leadership, all levels, will advise Quality is number 1 but your reviews show the total opposite. You can have 100% Quality for a year straight but if your production goal is just a 1/2 % off you won't get an increase. Incredibly disappointing especially when other Insurance Companies would take us in a heart beat due to our focus to commitment to our Customers, Quality and even Production.
