The VA cannot get my pay correct. After months and months of trying, going to the union, going to supervisors, going to human resources, the pay roll department can not or will not pay the correct amount that I have worked.

Better leadership, and better communications.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better communication from leadership to employees. No false promises. Better equipment. Same employees calling out regularly.
