We are looked at as less than in maintenance. We do alot and put up with alot and we deserve more money.

Employees are paid to do one job, but are forced to continue taking on additional tasks in order to be eligible for a raise. This quickly equals overworked employees, then management still finds a way to avoid giving you a raise or bonus.
