The VA lacks accountability. The employees are not held accountable for their actions or inactions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retiring. The people at the top are lackluster. They don't know how to lead nor do they know how to serve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Some of the people who work there are awesome & are totally there for the right reasons. I love working with them. We cn really accomplish things.
