Acting as a team. It is a very "every man for himself" mentality.

there needs to be more accountability and more of a "team" mentality.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

there is no accountability for poor work performance. This makes for a very tense work relationship.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees are paid to do one job, but are forced to continue taking on additional tasks in order to be eligible for a raise. This quickly equals overworked employees, then management still finds a way to avoid giving you a raise or bonus.
