What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworkers are awesome. As a veteran, I also enjoy working and helping fellow veterans.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My team is easy to work with if shifts need to be covered. It's a very pleasant atmosphere.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Although the swing shifts aren't pleasant, I feel I am fairly paid for my level. We are offered fair leave for vacation/personal and also for sick leave for myself or family member

What makes you most happy at work?

The best thing about working in a VA hospital is sharing stories with fellow veterans. I love hearing stories from the older ones. My coworkers also make it an enjoyable place to work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team members are the best! We have developed more than a co-worker relationship, we are friends. Simple things are having pot-lunches and swapping shifts if someone needs to take an unexpected day off.
