Miserable, dread every day, looking for a new job

What did you like most about the interview process?

It’s very fast and personable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Real benefits for LPNs that don’t cost half the check

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The atmosphere is draining, no windows, all concrete, people form cliques

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People need to care, people need to have time to actually meet

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The real light, no protection of staff from patients (fed cops called, reports filed, nothing happens, no justice or change, staff gets hurt again)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Working instead of being on the computer, floor training, there isn’t actually team work unlike they say, employee computer systems not taught and difficult to use
