My experience in nursing is over 30 years, this company needs to learn that Caring with Compassion for its veterans is what they need to be top of the agenda.

My cool coworkers and helping out the veterans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is kind and knows how to handle our team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not to have an open table, only one on one with Supervisor
What are some of the best things about your team?
We back each other up and when the upper management is hunting one of us, we pull together and back each other up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For one I am a women veteran and we are paid the same as male veterans, but we are treated as if we are under them this isn't fair
