What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It has racial and gender diversity.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The person who interview me was positive, answered all my questions completely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication with employees, open to new fresh ideas, reinforcing positive interaction with customers, treating customers with dignity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It seems that when you work hard, your punctual and respectful that it goes unnoticed but bad behavior is rewarded.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I get to leave work, and the customers because I am a veteran myself. I enjoy making a difference in their lives.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We need to come together to ignite positive change in the leadership (managers) not only for a better work environment for us but our customers.
