Like I said my coworkers keep me going daily, as well as the patients. The VA is a good place to work.

The CEO is wonderful, although she is new. She seems fair and worker friendly.

Where I work the supervisor needs to become a better leader for her people and be so confrontational.

There are not many, we need more veteran workers. There are not enough VETERAN workers in the VA>
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always their when you need something and always looking to assist you, just a nice group of people to work with and make going to work enjoyable. Definitely a family atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They need to take the frontline workers more serious when issues arise and not ignore them, which is usually the case. That leads to a hostile work environment when we try to report it, we get the back lash.
