I like that the leadership team has a clear vision and direction for the organization. Their ability to align teams toward shared goals and make decisive, strategic choices is inspiring and motivating.

I am not used to being compensated. I worked for a newspaper company for 18 years prior to joining Verifone and took pay cuts to continue working with the team that I grew to love. The best part if they come as a surprise and are appreciated more because of my past.

Compensation is low compared to the same role for other companies

The person who work well doesn't encouraged with good hikes rather the juniors and the contractors are highly paid... Effective people are leaving organization and deserved candidates are slogged in the projects who has less knowledge.
