What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make it a point to involve ALL employees in the latest news/changes.

They try hard to keep everyone in the loop of communications and company decisions. Also, due to Covid, there have been many drawbacks as far as working virtually but they always focus on the positives and make outreach with employees weekly/month.

Being paid a livable wage would be nice. Regularly hear about how big the company is growing but we are still making low money, can't support my family on it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We truly are a melting pot. With Verisys, we are able to express ourselves and our cultures. Most importantly, allowing others learn and value our differences.

We are a melting pot. Everyone is unique and different and everyone feels comfortable sharing their experiences, backgrounds, cultures. Its very interesting and gives opportunity to connect/learn about co-workers.

The moral activities really help promote motivation by allowing workers to enjoy some silly team building exercises. I am also never worried about asking questions as I can see through slack that a lot of people have questions.

Working remotely, working at my own pace, having the ability to reach out when I need assistance.

Nothing about being at work itself makes me happy, it is more that I am able to work from home. This makes me happy as I have young children and working from home provides more opportunity to create a healthy work/life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remembering that not everyone works the same and pushing everyone to be on the same level is unachievable. There is also an insane amount of micromanaging, like to the point that it is toxic and makes me dread coming into work. There is no trust.
