What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental now covers ortho. The medical benefit is also great and I don't pay much for me and my children.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I am below market rate for my wage by a significant amount. I am a salaried employee.

I have taken on many additional responsibilities since COVID affected our company and feel I deserve a title change and change in compensation to reflect those added responsibilities. I've willingly adapted to many changes in my role.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the flexibility, freedom, and trust in our culture. I rarely feel like I need to justify an decision.
