I like the flexibility, freedom, and trust in our culture. I rarely feel like I need to justify an decision.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I am below market rate for my wage by a significant amount. I am a salaried employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the team cares about the organizaiton and individuals. I think they are committed to the success of the org.
