What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been working harder to keep everyone in the loop of the state of the company as a whole.

They give their team members open pathways to solve a problems. There can be more than one roadmap to getting to an end results and they are open to feedback on how best to achieve a goal rather than define the exact path and force us to execute it whether it is successful or not

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Investing in the team and ensuring there are clear priorities and enough qualified people to execute those priorities. There seems to be a shift in priorities often which ultimately slows down the progress of developing great tools.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are willing to change processes even if "that's the way it's always been." We aren't micromanaged over the rules or the work we do.

Verisys has a strong commitment to women leaders and there is a 50/50 mix in all leadership capacities. In order for that to be successful the men treat the women as equal partners and with the same respect and regard that they have for their male counterparts. That is rare in a tech company
