Every single aspect of the leadership team needs improvement. I have never been so disappointed in the lack of leadership skills that this team demonstrates.

Communication. Not just making sure employees are in the loop, but leadership has poor communication skills overall. Please go take some seminars on how to effectively communicate with employees when giving good and bad news.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is far below market value based on my responsibilities, education, and experience.

The company does not care about employee opinions, ideas, or concerns. The upper management only cares about the revenue that is projected. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It is terrible to work for and the compensation is inadequate for the work that is expected.

Paying employees a fair wage would be a good start. Whether employees are entry level or higher, many employees appear to be underpaid across the board. Cost of living has gone up significantly and yet our compensation has barely budged. It doesn't help that our benefits keep getting slashed.

Cost of living increases, in addition to performance-based increases, would go a long way. Especially for our lowest paid employees. Cost of living increases for them wouldn't be too crazy considering their already low pay rates, yet in past years they're lucky to get over 2% or 3% increases.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the company has grown significantly and there is no way to interact with coworkers because it is all remote. I have no desire to talk with any of the other people in the company, ever!

Get rid of all the greedy, uncaring, rude, unempathetic, egotistical, management.

Get rid of the cliques. More integration for new hires.

Make it more engaging. There isn't much of a social aspect to work. Rarely do we get a chance to speak to people we don't normally see. Activities get scheduled but are usually delayed, or are only 3-4 minutes long.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Each day seems to feel more and more like I want to look for new employment. Some of the employees that started with this company were unfairly fired and I will not get over that. They were not even given a chance. I am so dissatisfied with this company.

Constant cutbacks obviously don't do well for morale. Some may be needed, but it gives the impression that the company is doing poorly financially. Using inferior tools for our jobs pretty clearly hurts productivity. We're also seeing an increase in micromanagement which nobody appreciates.

There is a significant amount of communication issues between departments. There are constant changes that aren't always necessary. It is perceived that opinions or feedback isn't accepted when it comes to changes
