When I first started with this company, I was confident and comfortable with my role but it has changed so much that I dread working with the management, CEO, and teams. I am only working here because I need a job. I want to work for a company that truly values their employees, this one does not!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is a boring job with a depressing atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't have anything to say about the leadership team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of all the greedy, uncaring, rude, unempathetic, egotistical, management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Every single aspect of the leadership team needs improvement. I have never been so disappointed in the lack of leadership skills that this team demonstrates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I am not interested in working better with my coworker. I talk to them when I have a question and that's enough. Sometimes they seen like they don't want to be bothered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the company has grown significantly and there is no way to interact with coworkers because it is all remote. I have no desire to talk with any of the other people in the company, ever!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company does not care about employee opinions, ideas, or concerns. The upper management only cares about the revenue that is projected. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. It is terrible to work for and the compensation is inadequate for the work that is expected.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Each day seems to feel more and more like I want to look for new employment. Some of the employees that started with this company were unfairly fired and I will not get over that. They were not even given a chance. I am so dissatisfied with this company.
