What makes you most happy at work?
Being recognized for a job well done, just so I don't feel like a wallflower and that I can feel appreciated but also having the trust that I can do my job without a lot of micro managing.

Lack of career path and position openings. Assets could be allocated more appropriately at this time (growing pains)
