Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a SME in many areas, I support a lot people. I think sometimes that gets overlooked.

It has been expressed and shrugged off. The quality is there and excels the requirement. Cost of living has gone up $709 month, (8,508 year) Inflation 16%, food up 20% yet we still quarter a year raise if that and start at low pay rate. On top, made to feel like replaceable.

Verisys is big and I feel like insurance could improve greatly. The pay is also not the best again, a big company who is making loads of money could afford to pay their employees a bit better.

My team is great. We are a very quiet team, never speak in our meets much, however cyreese has been pushing us to be more open, get to know one another, and that has been really amazing. I really love everyone on our team and enjoy working with them all.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS WHEN THINGS BREAK THAT ARE CLIENT FACING. Now that we have Chat, it makes it harder. Emails would be better. Responses on tickets to be more appropriate. Instead of asking questions and referencing old tickets, just provide the answer.
