This is by far the most amazing company I have ever worked for. Most corporation jobs anymore don't care about you as a person, it's all about the numbers and client. Verisys is different. Yes we care about our clients, they are important, but they also understand we are human, life happens.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really love working for this company. It is the first and only company ive worked for that cares about their employees and mental health. The bonus part is the only part im not a fan of currently.

10/10 reconment. I have been here for a good amount of years now and although there have been challenges and obstacles we have faced, i still love doing what i do.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing something I never thought I would love this much!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We talk to each other, we help each other, we're like a family!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement everyone gives to one another, the recognition our leads give to all of our reps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working for a company that cares about both the work they do and the employees that do it!
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, working at home. I enjoy the work I do. I like that i can be comfortable and enjoy my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Krista was my longest leading TL, she was absolutely fantastic and seemed to care about us as people. Cyreese is my current TL, She is great as well!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It would definitely be nice to make more I also think the bonus situation needs to be looked and handled differently. Insurance is great benefit as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with my team and knowing we can get everything completed. Being flexible and able to do what is needed and work around mishaps/things that come up in life.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is absolutely astounding! They care about you as a person, you aren't just a number to Verisys, you are a essential value of the team and they truly make you feel this!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like they understand we are human and life happens. They work with us and do anything within their powers to assist us. They are transparent in many things that occur within or outside of the company that can/or will directly affect us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. We are a very quiet team, never speak in our meets much, however cyreese has been pushing us to be more open, get to know one another, and that has been really amazing. I really love everyone on our team and enjoy working with them all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the BEST of the BEST. I love everyone on our team. My team is serious and gets what we need completed, we are fun and like to joke with one another. Although many of us have never met in person/IRL, we are friends and conversate with one another.
