The culture and environment on my team is positive, I feel empowered to have transparent conversations with my direct manager.
Culture is really left up to individual teams to foster and not set at the executive level. We had one executive even explicitly state that culture was not a high priority to them. That being said, the strength of Vertafore is the smaller teams, who do a great job building a community.
The most positive aspect of our company's culture is the collaborative and supportive work environment. Employees across different teams are approachable and willing to share their knowledge, making it easier to learn and deliver better outcomes.
