after getting hired and having a 100% turnover, 13 day working stretch and retraining majority of our district myself, for a time i felt as though i was doing my job and my bosses in addition to my employees. I've been with the company for 60 days. I don't know why i'm paid so low for all the work

I have been here for almost 4 years. We are getting paid less and less
i dont like how they split the stores comission bonus to each pay period. some pay periods are slower than others but overall my store does well and that hurts my pay in the long run. i also wish there was an additional way to make comission as my reps dont have a strong drive to sell
Percentage based pay made me feel like the more I put in the more I can get out.
Compensation should increase with performance and tenure. You should not have to endure a drastic cut in pay, while expectations of the position increase. That's not good at all.

Coworker have no direction from the DM. If they do not have previous experience in wireless then they are lost.

I need reps that embody my culture and not the culture that they have created while they were missing a leader. they are wildly different worlds and tend to clash a lot. they have tenure compared to me and think that their ways work best rather than what victra has put forth
The way the leaders are in involved and help us as dms and mgms. Getting us help and listening to us when we are saying what we need

Taking care of the guests and their excitement with new devices
I enjoy the business sales of it
i am most happy at work when the store is doing well and my reps are excited to sell and interact with guests
Meeting new people and maintaining the ability to explain services to the customers.
Micromanaging, a ton of calls, managers can’t manage, can’t make schedule, expected to change
More money i get paid poorley and do so much and work 100 hour a pay period
