Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. Victra is indeed a fast paced company. When you consider employment with Victra, you need to be prepared for weekly changes that you may not believe are conducive for the production of the company. You can make decent money with Victra.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should increase with performance and tenure. You should not have to endure a drastic cut in pay, while expectations of the position increase. That's not good at all.
